Role overview & Key responsibilities:
As the EHS Executive at PadCare Labs, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and operational compliance across all facilities. You will ensure alignment with national and global EHS standards, drive sustainability initiatives, and proactively manage risks to create a safe and sustainable workplace.
- Ensure timely compliance with all environmental regulations (CPCB, SPCB, etc.) and maintain accurate submissions on PCB portals.
- Develop and implement waste management and pollution control strategies.
- Lead health and safety audits, risk assessments, and workplace hazard mitigation plans.
- Drive internal safety awareness through training sessions, mock drills, and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain and renew licenses and permits while coordinating with government and regulatory bodies.
- Build a culture of safety-first through employee engagement and customized EHS training modules.
- Contribute to PadCare's sustainability goals through carbon reduction, resource efficiency, and reporting.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related field or Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) or Advanced Diploma in Environment, Health & Safety Management (AD EHS).
- 3-4 years of experience in EHS roles (preferably in manufacturing, recycling, or waste management).
- Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory standards, safety protocols, and sustainability reporting.

- Oversee cross-functional EHS teams across multiple sites.
- Take the lead on ISO certifications, environmental disclosures, and large-scale safety interventions.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders on ESG frameworks and reporting (e.g., GRI, BRSR).
- Launch and manage corporate sustainability programs, including carbon neutrality, water positivity, or zero-waste targets.
Long Term (4+ years)
- Transition intoHead of EHS & SustainabilityorChief Safety & Compliance Officer.
- Define PadCare's long-term sustainability and safety vision across geographies.
- Represent the company at industry panels, regulatory committees, and global forums.
- Drive integration of digital safety systems, AI-led audits, and circular economy benchmarks.
- Lead PadCare's strategy to become an industry leader in workplace safety and environmental stewardship.
