  •  EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Enterprise Value Management & Transition Lead ensures that the value of a large enterprise technology transformation is defined, measured, realized, and sustained. Enterprise Value Management leader responsible for ensuring transformation investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role governs benefits realization across the transformation lifecycle and leads the eventual transition of the Transformation Management Office to the client. While the TMO Lead runs the transformation's governance engine, this role answers the question executives care about most: is the transformation delivering the value we were promised It owns the value framework - baselines, value metrics, financial metrics - and quantifies and tracks value throughout the transformation lifecycle. A general PM / finance background or financial program management experience fits this role well; deep IT implementation expertise is not required. The role is based in Bengaluru, India, with regular overlap with USbased client stakeholders.

3.  KEY FOCUS AREAS

Three areas define where this role creates impact:

Pillar 1 - Enterprise Value Management Lead the Enterprise Value Management capability: ensure transformation benefits are governed, measured, reported, and optimized throughout the engagement, with all value and financial metrics captured and quantified.

Pillar 2 - Adoption & Organizational Readiness | Proprietary & Confidential | Lead organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness activities that strengthen adoption and sustain value.

Pillar 3 - TMO Transition & Sustainability Lead the transition of the Transformation Management Office to the client: knowledge transfer, governance playbooks, maturity assessments, and long-term sustainability planning.

4.  DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Enterprise Value Management

• Lead the Enterprise Value Management capability, ensuring transformation benefits are governed, measured, reported, and optimized throughout the engagement

• Lead enterprise value governance, benefits realization, executive value reporting, organizational transition, stakeholder readiness, and capability sustainability activities

• Define and maintain the value framework - baselines, value metrics, financial metrics, and benefittracking mechanisms - ensuring value is quantified and tracked through the full transformation lifecycle

• Produce executive value reporting that gives client leadership a clear, defensible view of benefits realized versus committed

• Provide leadership for the operational disciplines required to measure transformation value, strengthen organizational adoption, and support the long-term sustainability of the Transformation Enablement Framework

4.2 Organizational Change & Readiness

• Lead organizational change management and stakeholder engagement activities that drive adoption of transformed processes and technologies

• Assess and strengthen stakeholder readiness; build and execute operational readiness plans for each transition milestone

• Coordinate with the TMO Lead so value governance and program governance operate as one integrated discipline

4.3 TMO Transition & Sustainability

• Lead the transition of the Transformation Management Office to the client, including knowledge transfer, operational readiness, governance playbooks, maturity assessments, and long-term sustainability planning

• Develop governance playbooks and maturity models that let the client's own organization run transformation governance after handover

• Plan and execute knowledge transfer with measurable completion criteria

4.4 SOW Delivery Commitments (WS4 – Support, WS5)

• Deliver against defined SOW objectives: Enterprise Value Management, benefits realization, value tracking, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, operational readiness, knowledge transfer, governance transition, and operational sustainability

6.  IDEAL PROFILE

The right person thinks in baselines and benefits - a financial program manager or finance-oriented PM who can build a defensible value case, track it honestly through a long transformation, and then hand the whole capability over so well that the client no longer needs them.

Any strong financial program management background fits; this is not a technology-specialist role.

Screening Criteria -

Must Have • 8-12 years in financial program management, benefits realization, or value management • Quantified, tracked, and reported program value / benefits on large transformation initiatives • Organizational change management and stakeholder readiness experience

• Executive-grade financial analysis and value reporting capability

• Available to work with US-based client stakeholders (time-zone overlap)

Nice to Have

• MBA or finance qualification

• Experience transitioning program / governance capabilities to client ownership (playbooks, maturity models)

• IT transformation program exposure • Consulting / advisory firm background Professional Experience • 8-12 years of experience in financial program management, benefits realization, value management, or transformation program management

• Demonstrated experience quantifying, tracking, and reporting program value / benefits on large transformation initiatives | Proprietary & Confidential |

• Experience with organizational change management, stakeholder readiness, and capability transition / knowledge transfer

• Experience transitioning program / governance capabilities to client ownership (playbooks, maturity models) strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or finance qualification an advantage

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills; experienced building executive-grade value reporting

• Solid program management discipline - plans, milestones, dependencies, and completion criteria

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including with senior executives

• Structured, documentation-strong working style - playbooks, maturity models, and KT plans are core deliverables

• Comfortable working across time zones with US-based client stakeholders
