Role Description

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting detailed product demos for potential clients.
• Handling trial installations and guiding users through setup.
• Providing training.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and coordination with team

Required Candidate profile

• Hindi & English Language.
• Ability to explain ERP/Accounting in simple terms to all users.
• Prior SaaS/ERP training experience preferred
• Problem-solving and confident objection handling skills
