We're looking for a Databricks Solution Architect who enjoys solving complex data challenges, designing scalable cloud-native architectures, and working closely with customers to deliver real business value.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale data platforms using Databricks Lakehouse Architecture.
• Architect modern Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Streaming, and AI/ML solutions.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical architectures.
• Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Build Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Optimize Spark workloads for performance and cost.
• Design secure, governed data platforms.
• Implement Unity Catalog and Delta Lake best practices.
• Work with delivery teams throughout implementation.
• Mentor Data Engineers and establish engineering standards.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and executive leadership.

Must Have Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Engineering
• 3+ years designing Databricks solutions
• Strong Apache Spark expertise
• Delta Lake
• Unity Catalog
• Databricks Workflows
• Structured Streaming
