Role Overview
An opportunity is available for an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive B2B and enterprise sales across multiple industries including IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Education.
This role involves complete ownership of the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, solutioning, stakeholder engagement, negotiations, and deal closure. The position requires strong experience in handling large-ticket deals and building relationships with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive enterprise and B2B revenue acquisition across assigned industries and territories
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
• Perform account mapping, market research, and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Legal, and Finance for deal execution
• Maintain pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting discipline
• Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and closure strategies
• Track deal progress and maintain visibility on order outcomes and performance metrics
Candidate Requirements
• Strong experience in enterprise/B2B sales roles
• Proven ability to close large-ticket deals and manage long sales cycles
• Experience in industries such as technology solutions, transportation solutions, telecom, real estate, or enterprise services
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with data, reporting, and sales forecasting tools
