Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Manager / SDE-3 / SDE-2 based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include leading and managing engineering teams, driving software development projects, creating scalable solutions, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring successful integration of systems. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to strategic technical decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to guide and mentor development teams effectively
• Strong expertise in Software Development, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying scalable applications
• Experience in Project Management to oversee project lifecycles and manage deadlines
• Knowledge of Integration processes to ensure seamless connectivity between systems and platforms
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges
• Hands-on technical experience in a relevant programming language or technology stack is advantageous
• Background in payments or commerce technology is a plus
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a relevant field
