About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineering Manager to lead a team of frontend and backend engineers in building scalable, high-performance applications. You will be responsible for technical leadership, people management, and delivering high-quality software products end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers through coaching, 1:1s, feedback, and career development.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Drive effective sprint planning, task estimation, prioritization, and resourcing.

Technical Ownership

• Oversee the architecture, design, and development of full-stack features and systems.

• Guide engineering teams in selecting appropriate technologies and best practices.

• Review code, ensure coding standards, and maintain high-quality software delivery.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Execution & Delivery

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases and enhancements.

• Implement processes to improve code quality, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment workflows.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance.

Strategic Contribution

• Participate in product roadmap discussions and contribute to technical strategy.

• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and product performance.

• Drive innovation and ensure the system remains scalable and maintainable.

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of software development experience, with at least 2-4 years in an engineering leadership or management role.

• Strong experience with full-stack technologies such as:

  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript

  • Backend: Java

  • Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)

• Experience designing scalable architectures (microservices, REST, GraphQL, cloud-native systems).

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity and deliver high-quality products.
