Job Summary - As an Engineering Manager in the AdTech team, you will lead a team of strong engineers to build scalable, high-performance systems that power JioStar's advertising capabilities - from ad delivery and targeting to measurement and optimization. You'll be responsible for setting technical direction, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring engineering excellence while closely collaborating with Product, Data, and Business teams. Your role will require balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution while fostering a high-performing and collaborative engineering culture. This is a high-ownership role for leaders who thrive on solving complex system problems and shaping the future of monetization at scale.
