Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located at City Centre, TAB. As an Engineering Executive at Hilton Garden Inn, you will oversee the daily maintenance operations to ensure all equipment and systems are fully functional and work efficiently. You will manage preventive maintenance schedules, address repair needs promptly, and ensure safety compliance throughout the property. Collaboration with the hotel team to deliver excellent guest experiences by maintaining high-quality standards in all engineering-related tasks will be a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will contribute to the successful resolution of any technical or mechanical challenges in alignment with operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in property maintenance, systems engineering, or facility management.
- Experience with repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with safety compliance standards and preventive maintenance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities to work effectively with staff and guests.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or service-oriented environment is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering or maintenance-related fields are a plus.
