*Attends to breakdowns of equipments and incorporates guest / staff requirements during product upgradation/ renovation.
*Addresses the customer complaint stratification periodically to identify areas of improvement and implement changes in product or processes.
*Ensures full compliance to Safety/Hygiene and TPAM (Taj Positive Assurance Model) and takes corrective measures
*Ensures compliance to mandatory license (Fire, Local pollution Control board, Electrical ,Elevator)
*Follows the internal audit checklists as per the IHCL Safety Guidelines
*Adheres to all departmental legal compliances
