Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring of IT WAN & LAN Network at all location for load, resource utilization and VPNs
• Monitoring of Network incidents and finding out the root cause for troubleshooting.
• Coordination with Partners and helping them to resolve the Network issues.
• Coordination with various teams for tds tasks (NOC Team/System Team/ Field Team and other).
• Configuration of multiple types of switch for service deliveries.
• Configuration of GPON/GEPON devices.
• Coordination with multiple OEMs for R&D and developments.
• Manage multiple device firmwares for deployment according to OEM and device models.
• R&D and Bug fixing of GPON and Other technology devices.
• Work on MEN,GEPON and GPON, Hybrid Network.
• Work with change management and security incident protocols.
• Should be able to create a project timeline and track to deliver results.
• Planning for network deployment and conversion.
• Handle operational issues according to SOPs.
• Monitor various centralized tools for issue proactive approach.
• Tr069 operations handling.
• AI operations handling.

Key Skillsets

• Good Knowledge in Network & related issues troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience on Switches and PON(GePON/GPON) devices.
• Dealing with network connectivity LAN, WAN and MAN.
• Knowledge in router and switches hardening for secure network infrastructure.
• LAN configuration- STP, RSTP, MSTP, Vlans, VTP, Trunks, Ether channels, High availability, SNMP, ICMP, Syslog, NTP and Q and Q Protocols .
• Good Knowledge of PON packet flow as well as Ethernet packet flow.
• Good knowledge of OMCI/MPCP/DBA and Service profile for EPON and GPON Technology.
• Knowledge of DNS,DHCP,PPPOE,AAA.
• Good understanding of FTTH (EPON/GPON -OLT/ONU), Metro Ethernet (MEN technologies) (Understanding of various last mile technologies of network).
• Configuring and troubleshooting load balancing, Primary Secondary Paths.
• Dependable and flexible when necessary(rotational shift).
• Knowledge of TR069 and Artificial intelligence.
• Good understanding of Wifi (LAN/WAN) domain.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate (B.Tech /B.E in Electronics & communication, Electronics, Computer Science, IT or equivalent)
• Certification - CCNA preferred
