Engineer-Service & Spares Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all operational and preventive maintenance (PM) calls within committed SLAs.
• Complete installation, commissioning, and demonstration jobs based on booked projects.
• Meet response and turnaround times for assigned calls.
• Plan and execute PM, I&C, and demo activities efficiently.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction levels.
• Generate new sales leads through customer interaction and coordinate with the marketing team.
• Achieve service sales targets to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Maintain discipline and accuracy in CRM systems, including ServiceMax and SFDC.
