Required to work on Client Access Management to the internal R1 users and tickets within defined SLAs
Required to perform (Client Access Administration) audit activities
Manage Provisioning/Deprovisioning tasks/tickets
Required to perform Application role-based access, Provisioning/De Provisioning tasks
Required to manage access of client applications such as Account Creation, Modification and Deactivation
Required to generate Status Reports, Dashboards and Quality Metrics
Candidate will be required to interact with Client, vendors and other business functions
Should be ready to work in rotational shift and support over Indian Holidays and Weekends
Should be open for 24*7 Support including Night shifts / US business hours
Skills:
Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
Well versed with creating and analyzing excel data for ID Management related tasks
Knowledge about ticketing tool
Word/Excel/PowerPoint knowledge
Experience with Role Based Access Controls
Communication and Presentation skills
Preferred Certifications
ITIL, Healthcare IT

Any Bachelor Degree
