Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, enthusiastic team player with a can-do personality who is passionate about delivering a quality product to our customers. An Amagi Engagement Manager is responsible for the delivery of the assigned project on schedule, within budget, and meeting the expectations of the client. The projects will include a broad range of products from Planner, Playout, to Server-Side Ad Insertion for monetization. In addition, the Project Manager has a responsibility to provide a positive experience for the customer and people working on his/her project team. 

What will you own

  • Prepare top-down, structured Project Plans 
  • Provide high-level plans indicating key project stages and milestones. 
  • Stage plans should identify all of the products that will be delivered during the project cycle, along with prerequisites and activities required to accomplish the delivery of the products. 
  • Define a structured organisation for project delivery. 
  • Identify resource requirements of the project and associated hard and soft skills for each resource. Ensuring competencies are met to deliver the project to which he/she has been assigned. 
  • Manage and monitor the project plan to ensure successful completion of the planned activities and delivery of the project on time. 
  • Manage and monitor the budget to ensure the project is delivered within budget. 
  • Manage customers expectations and control project scope, driving the customer acceptance of the project within the boundaries of the documented project scope. 
  • Handling customers escalations and driving a successful resolution between all stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Prepare the various status reports, both for internal and external stakeholders, to be distributed within an agreed timeframe. 
  • Establish, implement, and manage processes and procedures covering configuration management, including Change Control, Risk & Issues Management, Documentation Management, and Product Assurance. 
  • Write specification documents and workflows. 
  • Establish and implement a team culture within his/her assigned project. 
  • Manage multiple projects at all stages while ensuring consistent high levels of service delivery. 

What are we looking for

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of end to end project management experience in a customer facing role.
  • Must have proven experience using project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent Customer Management & negotiation skills 
  • Excellent leadership skills 
  • University Degree in electrical or computer engineering, or Equivalent experience 
  • Highly knowledgeable in project management 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation preferred.
  • Knowledge of Broadcast, Digital, Linear, or SSAI is preferred.
  • Experience with Complex Cloud Solutions 
  • Proven track record working in a team environment 
  • Proven experience in delivering real-time projects under time constraints 
  • Excellent project management skills and competency 
  • Good technical knowledge is an asset
