Job Description:
We are looking for an Engagement Manager to lead high-impact consulting engagements for global clients across Corporate Finance, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and Retail. In this role, you'll work closely with senior business leaders to define strategic priorities, drive analytics-led transformation, and deliver measurable business outcomes
What You'll Do
- Lead client engagements and own delivery of business analytics and transformation roadmaps
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, analytics, and process optimization
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured problem statements and actionable solutions
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to deliver business value through advanced analytics and AI initiatives
- Present recommendations and insights to executive leadership and influence decision-making
- Drive stakeholder management across complex and evolving client environments
- Mentor team members and contribute to building scalable consulting capabilities and frameworks
What We're Looking For:
✔ 9+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Consulting, or Finance Transformation
✔ Strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
- FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
- Finance Transformation
- Financial Controllership
- COGS Optimization
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Record-to-Report (RTR)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
✔ Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage executive stakeholders
✔ Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and storytelling skills
✔ Experience translating business requirements into analytics and AI-driven solutions
✔ Demonstrated experience in process improvement, cost optimization, business transformation, or customer analytics initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- BE/BTech from Tier I/II institutions and MBA from a premier business school
- Exposure to SAP BPC, BlackLine, Oracle Hyperion, or related enterprise platforms
- Understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI applications in business
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools is an added advantage
- Active B1/B2 US Visa preferred
