About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Human Resources to lead strategic HR initiatives at Square Business Services Pvt Ltd. This role will drive HR Business Partnering (BUHR) at a senior level, oversee Talent Acquisition strategy, and contribute to organizational growth through robust people practices. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership (BUHR): Act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners across multiple business units. Drive organization-wide employee engagement, culture transformation, and retention initiatives. Oversee and optimize end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless execution. Lead performance management frameworks, including goal setting, leadership reviews, succession planning, and annual appraisals. Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations. Partner with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate compensation planning and payroll governance. Analyze workforce data, attrition trends, and RAG metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate with Learning Development to design leadership development and capability-building programs. Drive HR digital transformation initiatives, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decision-making
Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with strong BUHR exposure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Hindi and English. Bachelors Degree required; MBA in HR or equivalent preferred. 1014 years of progressive HR experience, including team management. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
