Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement multi-tasking, event-driven real-time embedded software solutions.
- Develop and maintain firmware for ARM-based microcontrollers, preferably STM32.
- Perform Linux kernel development, customization, and integration.
- Develop and integrate low-level device drivers and Board Support Packages (BSPs).
- Work with RTOS environments and integrate BSPs from RTOS vendors.
- Develop firmware using Embedded C/C++ for bare-metal and RTOS-based systems.
- Debug embedded firmware using JTAG, emulators, and other debugging tools.
- Program and integrate audio codecs and hardware interfaces.
- Analyze hardware schematics and component datasheets to support firmware development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and software teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Follow best practices using revision control, bug tracking, peer code reviews, and software development processes.
Required Technical Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.
- Strong programming expertise in Embedded C and C++.
- Solid experience with Linux kernel development and integration.
- Expertise in low-level driver development.
- Strong knowledge of RTOS concepts and event-driven embedded systems.
- Experience with ARM Cortex-M architecture, preferably STM32.
- Hands-on experience with:
- UART
- I2C
- SPI
- QSPI
- RS485
- Timers
- ADC
- Good understanding of operating system coding techniques, IP protocols, hardware interfaces, and embedded subsystems.
- Experience with firmware debugging using hardware debuggers and emulators.
- Proficiency with Eclipse-based IDEs and IAR Embedded Workbench.
- Familiarity with version control systems, bug tracking tools, and peer code review practices.

- Experience in Audio Codec programming and integration.
