Email Marketing

Experience: 1-3 years. 

Job Location: Brookfield, near Marathahalli, Bangalore 

Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM 

Job Type: Onsite (5 days of work) Monday - Friday 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform research and intelligence gathering on prospects. 

• Identify the target audience and grow our email list. 

• Work with the team to prioritize efforts, refine selling marketing campaigns, and 

identify target market segments (Email Campaign Management). 

• Create a database of emails for lead generation. 

• Qualify and follow up with inquiries produced from marketing and lead 

generation campaigns. 

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. 

Skills: 

• Comfort with interacting with potential clients over email and interacting with 

Sales Teams. 

• Knowledge of sales process and familiarity with a CRM preferably Zoho. 

• Experience with an email marketing tool such as Zoho Campaigns is preferred. 

• Able to locate information needed utilizing the web, LinkedIn, and other tools provided. 

• Experience in lead generation. 

• Desire to mentor and manage a small group of motivated individuals in addition to 

core lead generation associate responsibilities. 

• Ability to work in teams to develop strategies and action plans, and to share results.
