We've generated over $100M in email revenue for top DTC brands. Now, we need a strategist to join our team.
This isn't a role for entry-level marketers. We're looking for a seasoned expert to own the complete retention strategy for 7- to 8-figure brands. You won't be testing button colorsyou'll be driving significant revenue.
This role is for you if:
- You live and breathe metrics that matter: LTV, cohort analysis, repurchase rates, and time between purchases.
- You see Klaviyo as a starting point, not the whole picture. You're proficient with Recharge, Rebuy, Wonderment, and other retention tools.
- You understand that the offer is king, and you prioritize strategy over superficial tweaks.
- Data analysis tools like GA4 and Triple Whale or other analytics are part of your daily workflow.
- You can turn raw data into actionable insights, not just screenshots for a report.
Core Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience.
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ in email-attributed revenue.
- Experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth DTC brand.
- A holistic understanding of marketing beyond just the email channel.
