This is a remote contract role for an Email Marketing Specialist. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing targeted email marketing campaigns, managing email marketing software, utilizing marketing automation tools, and analyzing campaign performance. Additionally, the role will involve strategizing and optimizing lead generation efforts to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools
• Expertise in Marketing Analytics, including tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and customer segmentation
• Excellent Communication skills for crafting compelling email content and collaborating with team members
• Familiarity with best practices for increasing email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
