Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrician Mate/Industrial Electrician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems within industrial environments and will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings.
- Support senior electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in industrial electrical work or related field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Experience with installation and maintenance of electrical systems and machinery.
- Ability to use various hand and power tools related to electrical work.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Relevant certifications in electrical work (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred.
