Collibet is looking for skilled and reliable Electrician Staff to provide electrical repair, installation, and maintenance services at customer premises. The role requires hands-on fieldwork, technical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Electrical Installation: Wiring, switchboard, MCB, and distribution board installation.

2. Electrical Repair & Maintenance: Fault finding, repairing circuits, replacing switches, fuses, and sockets.

3. Appliance Services: Installation/repair of fans, lights, geysers, inverters, stabilizers, water pumps, etc.

4. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety standards while handling live wires and electrical equipment.

5. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality service.

6. Report job status, material requirements, or issues to the management team.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month + Incentives + Overtime/Extra Work Allowance.

Fuel expenses provided by the company.

Training will be given for advanced electrical tools. Uniform, tools & safety gear provided by the company.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in electrical repair/maintenance preferred.

Physically fit and comfortable with field work.

Willing to travel to customer locations.

Must have own two-wheeler (bike/scooty).

EDUCATION

Minimum Education: Matric / ITI (Electrician Trade preferred).

Technical Education: Electrical certification or ITI/Diploma in Electrical will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience: 1 year in electrical field work.

BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

knowledge of electrical wiring, tools, and safety equipment.

Skilled in using testing devices (multimeter, tester, clamp meter).

Punctual, disciplined, and customer-friendly attitude.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
