Electrical Design Engineer

Experience: 3-5 years in electrical design for solar, hydrogen, or power plants

Role Objective: To architect and execute electrical system designs for client renewable and hydrogen-based power systems, ensuring performance, safety, and scalability across applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sizing Main and Distribution Transformer

2. Busbar and cable sizing for power distribution, cable selection

3. SLD for Low, Medium and High voltage

4. Voltage Drop Calculations

5. BOQ Preparation, cable schedule, detailed drawings

6. Knowledge of local and international standards- CE/UL/IEC/IS

7. switchgear, Distribution panel, MCC panel design

8. Support SCADA, control system integration, and remote monitoring architecture

9. Collaborate with EPC teams to ensure installability, safety, and commissioning

10.Lead electrical audits and documentation for statutory/regulatory approvals

Qualifications:

B.E./M.E. in Electrical Engineering

Strong understanding of solar PV electrical systems, fuel cell interfaces, and grid standards

Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, ETAP or similar tools

Familiarity with Indian Electrical Code, IEC 62109, CEA standards, and safety regulations
