Role and Responsibilities

3D Modeling: Create and maintain detailed 3D electrical models including panels, distribution boards, transformers, cable trays, conduit routing, and lighting fixtures using Autodesk Revit MEP.Drafting & Documentation: Produce 2D shop drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic layouts, and material schedules from the model.

Clash Detection: Run interdisciplinary clash coordination checks using Navisworks or cloud platforms to resolve conflicts with architectural, structural, and mechanical services.

Design Coordination: Attend coordination meetings and work with other engineering disciplines to ensure layout integrity and alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

Required Skills

Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.

Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical BIM modeling and construction drawing production.

Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; familiarity with tools like Dynamo is a plus.
