Job Title: Electrical BIM Coordinator
Location: Madurai
Experience: 7–15 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Electrical BIM projects from design through project delivery.
- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality Electrical BIM models using Revit.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and ensure timely resolution of clashes.
- Prepare and review Electrical BIM deliverables in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architectural, and Structural teams.
- Ensure compliance with client BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project execution plans.
- Guide and mentor BIM Modelers, ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
- Participate in coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP (Electrical).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Proven team handling and leadership experience.
- Good understanding of Electrical systems and BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and coordination processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
