Position :-Electrical & Maintenance Head

Job Location:- Ahmedabad

Job Description:-

• ManageHT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, MCCs, cabling, earthing, and plant power distribution.
• HandleVFD programming and troubleshooting, motor controls, and electrical systems for production equipment.
• Leadpreventive and predictive maintenanceof CNC machines, dynamic balancing machines, welding stations, cranes, compressors, and paint booth equipment.
• ImplementCMMSfor maintenance planning, spare management, and MTBF/MTTR tracking.
• ConductRCAfor recurring breakdowns using 5 Why, FMEA, and Fishbone analysis.
• Plan and executeannual shutdown maintenance, equipment overhauls, and energy conservation initiatives.
• Lead electricians, fitters, and maintenance supervisors while ensuringelectrical safety and statutory compliance.

Desired Candidate:-

• Education Qualification:B.E./B.Tech. - Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Experience: 7+ yearsof experience, with5+ yearsin a leadership role withinfan, pump, steel, or heavy engineeringindustry.
• Industry Experience:Fan / Pump / Steel / Heavy Engineering.
