Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate through effective communication and persuasion skills.
2. Customer Engagement
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Handle objections and provide accurate product information to address queries.
3. Sales Target Achievement
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of calls and sales activities using CRM tools or a Spreadsheet.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve sales performance.
4. Product Knowledge & Communication and promotional offers.
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers.
  • Represent the company in a positive and customer-centric manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (preferred).
  • Proven experience in tele-sales or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [English / Bengali / Hindi as required].
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
