Education Counselor (Work from Office)

We are looking for:

Exciting times lie ahead! At Collegedunia, one of the leading educational portals, we are currently looking for a talented individual to join our innovative and passionate team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Counsel students through outbound/inbound calls and explain course details, eligibility, fees & admission process

Make 150+ calls per day with talktime of at least 1.5 hours.

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with students and families.

Address student concerns promptly to ensure a smooth and supportive counseling experience.

Provide guidance on academic pathways, course selections, and career options.

Maintain accurate student records and documentation for future reference.

Update and manage student interactions, progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Collect feedback and encourage positive referrals from satisfied students.

Collaborate with internal teams and educational institutions to resolve issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; education, psychology, or management preferred.

Experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales (EdTech experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand student academic profiles and career goals.

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
