Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counselor specializing in Sales, located in Noida. The role entails guiding prospective students through the enrollment process by addressing their queries, recommending suitable courses, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the programs offered. Responsibilities also include providing career counseling, maintaining strong communication with prospective and current students, and supporting their learning journey. The goal is to help individuals discover the right pathway to achieve their educational and career objectives.
Qualifications
- Skills in Student Counseling, Educational Consulting, and providing tailored course recommendations.
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and mentoring individuals towards meaningful career pathways.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain educational concepts and course benefits.
- Knowledge of contemporary and traditional education trends in the field of spiritual sciences is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
