We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission / Academic Counselor to guide students toward the right IT, Cyber Security & skill-development courses and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

No technical background required – full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp & online enquiries
• Counsel students & parents on courses, fees, duration & career benefits
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions
• Regular follow-ups & enquiry management
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with academic & operations teams

• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Confidence in handling students & parents Target-driven mindset
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Professional, polite & positive attitude.
