About Spark Studio

At Spark Studio, we're on a mission to make extracurricular learning effective, enjoyable, and delightfully easy for children and parents worldwide.

We're now looking for a driven and communication-savvy Sales Intern to join our growing EdTech team and be a part of our journey to redefine learning beyond the classroom.

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers - connecting with parents and students, showcasing our offerings, and helping them book free demo sessions. You'll play a crucial role in nurturing relationships, supporting sales operations, and contributing directly to the company's growth.

This internship offers hands-on experience in EdTech sales, customer engagement, and CRM management, with a strong pathway to a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to potential leads and explain Spark Studio's live class offerings

Follow up with leads consistently to drive conversions

Update lead and demo data accurately in CRM or tracking tools

Coordinate with the sales, and operations teams for seamless handovers

Support the operations team during low-lead days

Take on increasing ownership in end-to-end sales processes over time

Convert qualified leads into free demo session bookings

Build and maintain warm, positive relationships with parents and students

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or MS Excel

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask effectively - managing calls, follow-ups, and data updates

A growth mindset - willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve

Qualifications

Open to undergraduate students, recent graduates, and postgraduates

Preference for candidates from BBA, MBA, or related fields

Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus

Internship Details

Location: Jungleworks, Plot No. 268, Sector 82, JLPL Industrial Area, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 140306

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 15,000 per month (performance-based incentives may be added)

Opportunity: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position

Work Schedule

Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1 weekday off)
