Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Editor who will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and preparing all visual content that goes live on our social media platforms and website. The role involves working closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure all images, graphics, and promotional material align with our brand standards and messaging.

Key Responsibilities
. Edit, retouch, and enhance images, graphics, and visual assets for social media and website use.
. Ensure consistency in color correction, lighting, and overall aesthetic across all digital content.
. Work with marketing and design teams to finalize creatives before publishing.
. Prepare visual assets in the correct formats and resolutions for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
. Maintain an organized library of all edited files and project assets.
. Assist in basic video editing for short social media clips when required.
. Collaborate with content writers and designers to ensure visual and textual alignment.
. Follow brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all outgoing content.
. Ensure timely delivery of edited creatives as per campaign calendars and deadlines.
. Identify trends in visual styles and suggest improvements to keep content fresh and engaging.

Job Expectations:

Requirements
. Strong command over editing tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Illustrator, etc.
. Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools) is a plus.
. Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
. Understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform-specific requirements.
. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Minimum Qualification:

Proven experience of 3-7 as a photo/image editor, visual editor, or similar role.

Minimum Job Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, Mass Media, or related field (not mandatory if skills are strong), Experience working with brands, agencies, or in a fast-paced content environment
