Job Summary
The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the company's online sales channels. This role involves handling product listings, optimizing content, managing online marketplaces, coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations. The candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, and digital skills.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing & Catalog Management:
Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, company website, etc.).
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
Marketplace Management:
Handle day-to-day operations on marketplaces
Monitor account health and ensure compliance with platform policies.
Sales & Performance Tracking:
Monitor sales performance and key metrics like traffic, conversions, and sessions.
Prepare reports on sales trends, pricing, and competitor analysis.
Digital Marketing & Promotions:
Coordinate with teams for banners, deals, and offers.
Inventory & Coordination:
Liaise with warehouse/operations for stock availability and dispatch.
Ensure smooth order fulfillment and minimal stock-outs.
Key Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and paid campaigns.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
13 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
Experience in International marketplace handling (Amazon/Walmart) preferred.
