  • We are looking for a creative and results-drivenSocial Media Specialistwith experience in managing and growing brand presence across social platforms.
  • The ideal candidate should be able towork independently, handle end-to-end social media strategies, and deliver measurable results in terms of engagement, reach, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategiestailored to drive the growth of an eCommerce brand, aligning with business goals.
  • Manage social commerce activities, including setting up and optimizing social selling features, product tagging, and product catalog management across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Oversee theintegration and optimization of product catalogson social media platforms to ensure smooth product tagging, accurate information, and seamless shopping experiences.
  • Drive engagement and conversionsby creating, curating, and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Content should include posts, stories, reels, videos, infographics, and blogs.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaignsacross platforms to increase awareness, traffic, and sales. This includes retargeting campaigns and performance-driven ads tailored to eCommerce goals.
  • Continuously monitor and analyzesocial media metrics, competitor activity, and industry trends to ensure that the social media strategy remains innovative and ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate closely with the eCommerce team, ensuring the alignment of social media efforts with broader eCommerce objectives such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
  • Report on key performance metrics(reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
  • Engage with followers andbuild strong online communities, fostering customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices related to social commerce and eCommerce marketing.
  • 3-6 years of proven experiencein social media management, with a specific focus oneCommerce brandsandsocial commerce.
  • Strong knowledge ofsocial commerce features(e.g., Facebook Shops, Instagram Shopping, product tagging, and catalog management) and hands-on experience managing product listings and integrating eCommerce platforms with social media.
  • Proficient in social media management tools such asBuffer,Hootsuite,Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Expertise indata analysisand reporting, with experience tracking social media metrics, conversions, and performance insights.
  • Strong creative and content creation skills with familiarity using tools likeCanva,Photoshop, or other design platforms to create visually appealing posts and ads.
  • In-depth understanding ofsocial media algorithms,audience insights, and best practices to increase organic reach and engagement.
  • Experience inpaid social media advertising(Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) with a strong focus on driving traffic and sales for eCommerce brands.
  • Excellentcommunication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently manage campaigns, including setting objectives, executing strategies, and analyzing outcomes.
  • Knowledge ofSEO,digital marketing, andpaid advertisingis a significant advantage.
