Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end ecommerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order fulfillment, logistics, inventory control, vendor coordination, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Fulfillment & Logistics:
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers, couriers, and internal teams to meet SLAs.
- Monitor return and refund processes, minimizing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
2. Inventory Management:
- Manage stock levels across warehouses and ecommerce platforms.
- Prevent stockouts and overstock situations through forecasting and planning.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory.
3. Platform Operations:
- Oversee backend operations of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and own website.
- Monitor catalog accuracy, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure listings are optimized for performance and customer experience.
4. Process Improvement & Analytics:
- Analyze operational KPIs (delivery time, order accuracy, RTO, etc.) and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive process automation and efficiency in daily operations.
- Develop and implement SOPs across ecommerce functions.
5. Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, finance, and customer service.
- Lead and mentor operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 to10 years of experience in ecommerce operations or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, logistics, and inventory systems.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and order management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Knowledge of WMS, OMS, and ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with customer service and returns management.
