Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management:
Develop and Maintain Vendor Relationships: Build and sustain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Negotiate Agreements: Handle negotiations with vendors to optimize pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Monitor Vendor Performance: Evaluate and improve vendor performance to maintain the highest quality standards.
Inventory Control, Forecasting & Analysis
Inventory Management: Implement and manage inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce overstock or stockout situations.
Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and align inventory with market needs.
Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy.
Catalog Management
Product Listings: Oversee the creation and maintenance of product listings to ensure accurate descriptions, images, and specifications.
Search Optimization: Work with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and searchability across the platform.
Catalog Updates: Ensure timely updates of product information, including pricing, availability, and new arrivals.
B2B Sales Coordination
Client Engagement: Engage with B2B clients to understand their requirements and ensure seamless order processing.
Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding B2B sales and identifying new opportunities.
Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with B2B clients to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
Order Fulfillment
Order Execution: Ensure that all orders are processed and fulfilled within the target turnaround time (TAT).
Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external teams, including logistics, customer service, and vendors, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Process Improvement: Implement strategies to improve fulfillment efficiency and minimize errors or delays.
