Grow Your Staff is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager for a UK-based independent publishing company specializing in health, spirituality, and fiction titles. This is a full-time remote position.
The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be working directly with the leadership team to drive book sales and marketing initiatives across the USA and UK markets through Amazon.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital sales and marketing strategies to increase book sales across the USA and UK markets.
- Manage and optimize Amazon marketplace performance, including Amazon Advertising, promotional campaigns, and product visibility.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Manage advertising budgets and monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Analyze book sales, customer behavior, and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Review the existing book catalogue (backlist) and identify opportunities for promotions, cross-selling, and revenue growth.
- Support the operational management of Amazon and other digital sales channels, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize Amazon listings and digital content to improve discoverability and conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales and marketing outcomes.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with the leadership team on business growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Amazon marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or online sales.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising and broader digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital sales, SEO, analytics, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with the publishing industry or book marketing is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
