E-commerce Platform Management:Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and amazon, Ensure the website/amazon is updated with accurate product information, pricing, and availability, Monitor website/amazon performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with the technical team to resolve them.
Product Management:Oversee the listing of new products and ensure they are optimized for search and conversion, Manage product categorization, descriptions, images, and other content
Project Positioning & Strategy: Take ownership of the company's e-commerce websites for business and usability performance.
Website Analytics: Perform regular web marketing analysis related to sales, visits, clicks, etc., and enhance product visibility on websites/amazon using tools like Helium10, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and various other tools available with the company. Use data insights to make informed decisions and improve overall e-commerce performance.
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
MBA, BTech/MTech
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon/websites)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Comfortable with number crunching.
Ability toworkin multi-talented and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of digital marketing and MS Excel will be a definite plus.
