First Brand: Powered by our in-house manufacturing capabilities and deep customer insights, our first brand Aramya has grown 10X in the past few months. Excited to unlock the next phase of 10X growth in the next few months, and launch many more brands in the years to come!

Expectations:

  • Channel Management: Monitor account health, P&L, and key metrics across all platforms. Drive key business metrics including conversion, GMV, ASP, returns, cancellations, and margins.
  • Marketplace Liaison: Serve as a point of contact with marketplace teams for new product launches and advertising opportunities. Maintain relationships with category managers.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide ongoing strategic insights and recommendations for new marketplace channels with growth plans.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, including listings, promotions, merchandising, and performance. Manage quick response communication with Marketplace Seller Support for issue resolution.
  • New Initiatives: Oversee existing and develop new marketplace initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Process Management: Develop calendars with processes to ensure actions are completed successfully. Explain variances in marketing channels and site performance metrics.
  • SEO Support: Assist in SEO efforts including keyword research, site audits, page and site optimization, link building, and competitive assessment.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage cost center budgets and weekly inventory and sales reports. Ensure stock efficiency and analyze category sell-through.
  • Assortment Planning: Develop and implement assortment and inventory plans to match sales plans. Maximize inventory in coordination with other divisions.
  • Customer Service: Review monthly customer service reports and implement action items for process efficiency.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work with the operations team for timely dispatch and manage reviews and ratings to maintain a high sentiment score. Coordinate with the logistics team for Marketplace Seller Rating.
  • Finance Coordination: Review invoices and coordinate with the finance team for pending payments.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4-5 years in E-commerce, preferably in apparel, fashion, textiles, and D2C.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, analytics, and content management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Exposure to D2C and B2C brands or e-commerce startups.
