Job Description

We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Executive to own the operational backbone of our marketplace business, with stock availability across ecommerce & quick commerce channels. This role keeps priority products in stock and dispatch-ready in coordination with the inventory tean, manages the day-to-day machinery of marketplace operations, and ensures the numbers behind it stay clean and traceable.

The responsibilities span availability and fulfillment, payment reconciliation and recovery, account health and compliance, dispatch SLAs, returns and claims, and reporting. Above all, this is an ownership role: when an operational issue surfaces, you are expected to catch it, chase it, and close it.

Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Fulfillment & Stock Availability
  • Own in-stock availability across Amazon (FBA and FBM/Easy Ship)Blinkit and Myntra with priority SKUs never allowed to hit zero.
  • Track Days of Inventory (DOI) and replenishment cadence per SKU per channel; raise replenishment/shipment plans well ahead of cutoffs.
  • Create and monitor FBA shipments against deficit quantities and cut-off dates; ensure timely warehouse dispatch to Amazon FCs and Blinkit dark stores/warehouses.
  • Monitor FBA shipment health, receiving discrepancies, and inbound issues; flag and resolve before they turn into stockouts.
  • Maintain a live view of stock across the warehouse, marketplace FCs, and quick-commerce inventory, so availability decisions are always data-backed.
2. Payment Reconciliation & Recovery (Unireco)
  • Reconcile marketplace settlements against bank receipts using Unireco, matching orders, fees, and payouts to source data.
  • Identify short payments, incorrect deductions, deferred/held amounts, and fee discrepancies (referral, FBA, storage, closing fees).
  • Pursue and recover owed amounts — raise cases, track them to closure, and report recovered value.
  • Reconcile returns and reimbursement adjustments so the net realized value per order is accurate and traceable.
3. Marketplace Operations, Account Health & Compliance
  • Keep account health metrics green across Amazon and Blinkit — order defect rate, late dispatch, cancellation rate, and policy compliance.
  • Monitor and respond to policy warnings, listing suppressions, and compliance flags; file appeals where required.
  • Ensure catalog and listing compliance (category, brand, and product-detail-page requirements) and coordinate fixes with the listing team.
  • Manage seller support cases end-to-end and maintain a clean, compliant seller standing on every platform.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch SLA
  • Ensure orders are processed, labelled, and dispatched within marketplace SLA windows (Easy Ship / FBM and Blinkit fulfillment).
  • Monitor late-dispatch rate and on-time handover to carriers; drive it to target.
  • Ensure accurate tracking upload and clean handover so orders don't slip into cancellations or defects.
5. Returns & Marketplace Claims
  • Manage the returns lifecycle — customer returns, RTO, and damaged/lost inventory — across Amazon and Blinkit.
  • File and follow up on FBA reimbursement claims and marketplace claims for lost, damaged, or wrongly-deducted units, tracking each to recovery.
  • Analyze return reasons and surface patterns (SKU, defect, courier, listing mismatch) back to the relevant team.
6. Reporting, Coordination & Ownership
  • Maintain daily and weekly operations dashboards covering availability, dispatch SLA, account health, reconciliation, and claims status.
  • Act as the coordination point between warehouse, finance, and the marketing/performance teams — making sure ops issues don't fall between functions.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of operational problems: identify, drive resolution, and communicate status without needing to be chased.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years of hands-on ecommerce marketplace operations experience, ideally on Amazon Seller Central and/or quick commerce (Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart).
  • Working knowledge of FBA — shipment creation, inventory/DOI management, and reimbursement claims.
  • Comfort with payment reconciliation and reading settlement reports; familiarity with a reconciliation tool (Unireco or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Strong Excel and AI skills — able to work with settlement, inventory, and dispatch data and tie numbers back to source.
  • Detail-oriented and process-disciplined, with a genuine ownership mindset for chasing issues to closure.
