Ecommerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra) and the company's own website.
• Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, images, and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, stock updates, and dispatch.
• Monitor daily sales performance, returns, and customer feedback across platforms.
• Execute promotional campaigns, discount strategies, and marketing tie-ups with marketplaces.
• Liaise with marketplace account managers to resolve operational issues.
• Track and report key performance metrics (sales, conversions, CTR, etc.).
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales.
• Familiarity with marketplace portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
