Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Oversee and manage key US e-commerce accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on accounts generating at least $1 million in revenue. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets to drive revenue growth.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and expansion opportunities.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform business strategies and decisions.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies.
Prepared and presented detailed business plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.
Customer Engagement:
Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase customer loyalty.
Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Partnership Development:
Identify and establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and other business partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce business development or a related field.
Proven track record of managing and growing accounts with a minimum revenue of $1 million.
In-depth knowledge of the US e-commerce market and its dynamics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
