E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive / Associate B2B & qCom

Location: Noida

Reporting To: Sr. Ecom Mgr

CTC: 4.0 6.0 LPA (based on experience and skillset)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven E-commerce Operations

Executive to manage backend operations, inventory tracking, and platform

coordination across Amazon B2B, Flipkart B2B, and Quick Commerce (qCom) channels.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of inventory movement, order

fulfilment, and Excel-based data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

o Track and manage inventory movement across warehouses and online

platforms.

o Ensure real-time stock visibility and reconciliation with internal and

external systems.

o Identify and resolve any stock discrepancies or operational gaps.

Order Fulfilment & Tracking:

o Oversee daily order processing, dispatch coordination, and delivery

tracking for B2B and qCom platforms.

o Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely GRNs and

PODs.

o Maintain adherence to SLA and platform compliance requirements.

Platform Operations:

o Coordinate with Amazon and Flipkart B2B teams for PO fulfilment,

ASN creation, and inwarding status.

o Support Quick Commerce partners (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) for

real-time stock updates and dispatch accuracy.

Excel & Reporting:

o Maintain structured data logs and prepare reports for internal reviews.

o Use Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) to analyze

dispatches, inventory flow, and sales trends.

Process Support:

o Ensure proper documentation for all dispatches and receipts.

o Proactively support issue resolution by coordinating with relevant

departments.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related

field.

14 years of experience in e-commerce operations, backend order

management, or platform support.

Strong working knowledge of Amazon B2B and Flipkart B2B operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must have: Pivot, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).

Exposure to Quick Commerce operations (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) is a

plus.

Excellent coordination and follow-up skills, with a process-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Uniware, Vinculum, or similar OMS/WMS platforms.

Strong documentation habits and structured approach to data handling.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
