Job Description E-commerce Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and maintain product information across our e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product accuracy, hygiene, and seamless coordination with multiple teams to support smooth online operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product information across e-commerce platforms with accuracy and consistency.
- Handle product listing, filters, and attributes to ensure products are displayed correctly.
- Maintain product hygiene by identifying and correcting errors in product details.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline product data management.
- Perform MIS-related tasks, prepare reports, and ensure data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Utilize basic knowledge of FTP, ChatGPT, and web scraping tools for product data handling and process improvements.
- Ensure timely updates and corrections to product catalogs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and product listing processes.
- Good knowledge of filters, attributes, and product categorization logic.
- Basic technical knowledge of FTP, ChatGPT, and web scraping.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage product workflows efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or other reporting tools for MIS and data analysis.
