E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support and manage daily operations across our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, marketplace management, and assisting in driving online sales for our range of solar and electrical products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and the company website.

Ensure product information, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate and up to date.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain stock availability.

Process online orders and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and delivery.

Track marketplace performance, customer feedback, and product ratings.

Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive sales.

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Support SEO activities by optimizing product titles, descriptions, keywords, and content.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.

Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

️ Experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and IndiaMART.

️ Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other e-commerce platforms.

️ Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising.

️ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

️ Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

️ Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
