Manage inventory levels at multiple depots and create projection on monthly basis.

Work closely with the supply chain teams to ensure the pick-ups and delivery SLAs are met.

Managing 3rd party logistics provider ensuring smooth running of the D2C operation, troubleshooting issues and communicating back to the business.

Process COD orders after verifying address.

Issue refund to cancelled orders.

Listing of new SKUs and update pricing and discounts of all SKUS on website.

Closely monitor SMS and NMS and report on monthly basis.

Closely work with Customer Support Team to help resolve issues.

Despatch replacement for damaged in-transit orders.

Support finance team with payments received from customers.

Track and monitor Net Promoter Score, ensuring all customer feedback is translated into actionable insights for the sites or set processes.

Track and report sales, user traffic, and other website metrics on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

2+ years of experience in ecommerce industry with relevant experience.

Strong planning, collaboration and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Economic or related field.

Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams on everyday basis.

Familiarity with OMS and CMS of Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
