About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Executive to manage our brand presence and performance on FirstCry. This role will focus exclusively on FirstCry marketplace operationsensuring smooth listings, timely dispatches, accurate inventory, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operations for FirstCry marketplace
- Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images
- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock status on the platform
- Track order returns, cancellations, and raise necessary tickets with FirstCry support
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics regularly
- Coordinate with the internal team to optimize offers, discounts, and visibility
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies
- Resolve operational and listing issues promptly
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in e-commerce operations (FirstCry experience required)
- Strong knowledge of marketplace portals, especially FirstCry's seller backend
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
