Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management
- Manage listings, pricing, content, and inventory across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho, etc.)
- Monitor product performance, visibility, and ensure listings are SEO-friendly
- Coordinate with marketplaces for promotions, campaigns, and compliance
Performance & Analytics
- Track sales performance, ROAS, ACOS, and campaign effectiveness
- Generate weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities
Advertising & Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Ads, Display Ads, and Deals campaigns
- Work closely with the creative/content team for banners, A+ content, and brand stores
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies for brand website (if applicable)
Operations & Coordination
- Ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatch, and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for stock management
- Handle returns, customer escalations, and payment reconciliations
