E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings and cataloging across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
• Track daily sales performance, identify trends, and support inventory planning.
• Operate OMS/WMS systems for order and warehouse management.
• Maintain records and reconcile transactions using Tally.
• Ensure marketplace compliance by adhering to platform guidelines and SLAs.
• Analyze key metrics using Excel to optimize pricing, visibility, and conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) for smooth execution of e-commerce activities.
• Support strategy development to improve marketplace performance and reduce returns or penalties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in E-commerce operations, preferably in a multi-platform environment.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and OMS/WMS tools.
• Strong understanding of marketplace rules and compliance (e.g., listings, returns, fees).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
