Job Profile: -
Ensure availability of electrical equipment as per desired / agreed level.
Adherence to and completion of Annual / periodic maintenance plan
Adherence to EHS norms and rules and ensure that all concerned technicians /vendors are also following the same.
Create timely work orders / purchase orders / material requisition to ensure timely availability of spares / material / services required to complete the maintenance plan as per desired timelines
Coordinate with Purchase department on clearing technical specifications and with Stores department for receipt of material and inspection.
Management Information Reports : 1.daily progress status on shutdown/turnaround activities.
- shutdown/turnaround completion report and communicate to all relevant dept. heads. 3.daily observation report of maintenance activities. 4 monthly KPI report
- Support maintenance lead in managing maintenance masters.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools and 5S in work area
- Ensure optimal consumption of spares and consumables without impacting equipment performance.
